		Creative Ingredients Having started my working life as a restaurant Chef, I progressed to hotel management during the 1980’s and then joined the family business in the early 1990’s, manufacturing bespoke Mediterranean ingredients for industrial food manufacturers. Having sold the business in 2005, with my passion for fine foods and wines as strong as ever, I formed Creative Ingredients Ltd. The aim of our company is to supply carefully sourced, high quality products at competitive prices to small retailers, restaurants and food manufacturers, with packaging formats to suit all.
